My post have been few and far between lately, I havent felt like writing much. Father in law had another MRI two weeks ago and the results were not good. With the treatments (radiation & chemo) his tumor grew 25%. This is obviously devestating news for us. We were all hoping and praying for a miracle of some sort, while all the time deep down knowing what the results would ultimatly be. He will see his oncologist again next Monday to discuss the next step and to see if there really is a next step. I am very sad because I know that these are the last holidays we will spend with him. We are trying to be optimistic but he is very depressed and sad and is having a hard time thinking of any thing else. And who can really blame him? We are trying to do the most we can with the boys and him without making it overwhelming for everyone...

I hope you all understand why I havent been around and why I probably wont be around for a few weeks...thanks for understanding...

Love and hugs to you all and please enjoy the holidays with your families!

I am so busy getting ready for the craft fair, planning for the thanksgiving and the holidays.
I have hardly had a chance to come up for air.
Brian's dad is not doing so can tell he is getting worse and it makes the upcoming holidays very importatnt to us.
I want to make these holidays very special for all of us.

A different perspective-

I love that a lot of my friends are posting what they are grateful/thankful for on facebook each day during this time of year and I don't usually have time or don't want to whatever...but i have recently found a blog and it has me thinking  A LOT about all kinds of things. Each day she post a quote about expressing gratitude. I love that she is finding a way to express gratitude in everyday life.I have been following her blog for the last week and trying to keep up with her challenge, I am asking you to do the same.

She asks that you follow her and spread the word on facebook, twitter, and to pin her quotes on pinterest and she will soon have the quote be made available for download for a small $5 fee to help a family who is fighting brain cancer.

Today I was dreading going home to fold the mountains of laundry I had until I saw her quote for today and her little tidbit beneath it...really gets me thinking and makes me realize I have plenty to be thankful for.

Today I will realize how "blessed" how truly am to have a house to come home to
and a laundry room that is full of clean clothes, that are waiting for me to fold!

{Crafty Tumblers}

Here's a little something I've been working on lately. These cups are flying out of my hands as quick as I can make them. I know that there are in a lot of stores, but I think the fact that they can be personalized and personalized very quickly really makes them sell! These are the cups with the straws and screw on lids.

This is one of them complete
it also has black fleur de lis and gold polka dots on the back

Here are my other designs- sorry about the picture quality,
I was taking the pictures on the computer screen

These are some of the monograms I have done, can do.

I'm selling the cups for $12 each, any of them can be customized
with your teams logo, name or anything your heart desires.

Anyone have suggestions/comments/constructive or not I'll take it! LOL
